Meet Melora

Meet Melora Lager, the founder and lead instructor of Let It Be YOGA, whose yoga journey began during her second pregnancy. Initially drawn to yoga for its fitness benefits, Melora soon embraced its spiritual aspects, viewing yoga as a union of love and growth encompassing mind, body, and spirit. Her favorite asana, Salamba Sirasana (headstand), reflects her commitment to self-discovery and strengthening weak spots. Melora's meditation practice centers on gratitude, a mantra she uses to combat a "monkey mind." As a vegetarian for the past 23 years, her lifestyle aligns with a deeper understanding of interconnectedness. Melora, practicing and teaching for 33 years, opened Let It Be YOGA to share the transformative power of yoga on the west side of town. Her studio encourages self-tuning, de-stressing, and personal growth, devoid of mirrors. Actively engaged in community events, Melora embodies the philosophy of "be good + do good = feel good." Success, for her, is defined by happiness and good health.

Namaste from Let It Be YOGA, where the journey of well-being and self-discovery awaits.
