Take a leap of faith into Hanumanasana or Monkey Pose, named for a figure in Hindu mythology who did just that. And when faith doesn't get you all the way there, practice will.
Monkey Pose has a few of variations so even if you aren't flexible enough to go into the splits now, you (yes, YOU) can work up to that. Don't let your ideas of limitation prevent you from attempting Hanumanasana. Connect with your instructor(s) and allow them to assist you this month as you stretch your body and your mind.
