CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Let it Be Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes at different temperatures and our studio is equipped with a state-of-the-art air purification system. Each class is 60 minutes unless otherwise noted. Beginners are welcome at all classes.  

HOT CLASSES

Hot Yoga is done in 105 degrees with humidity.

Hot Karma Yoga

Build physical strength and gain mental clarity with a practice that marries powerful postures with affirmation and intention. Designed to improve your quality of life, one class at a time.

Hot Power Yoga

RTis class helps you build strength and tone muscle through the holding of the asanas while cultivating flexibility with heat and humidity.

Hot Heart Flow

Get ready to sweat! This class raises your heart rate and focuses your mind. Emphasis is on linking breath with continuous fluid movement for a powerful calorie-burning workout and greater clarity.

WARM CLASSES

Warm Yoga is done in 80-95 degrees with no humidity added.

Warm and Gentle Yoga

Moderate, gentle movement with a focus on proper alignment and breath. Ideal for post-workout recovery, improving flexibility, stress reduction, and improved sleep. 80 degrees

Sweet Sunday Surrender

Start the new week with Power Yoga and intention. A combination of strength-building, muscle-toning asanas you find in Power Yoga with meditation for a complete mind-body workout.

ROOM TEMPERATURE CLASSES

Room Temperature Yoga is done in (about) 72 degrees with no humidity added.

 

Traditional Yoga

A workout that will leave you feeling calm, cool, and collected. Moderate, gentle movement with a focus on proper alignment and breath.  Ideal for beginners, stress relief, cultivating flexibility, and proper posture alignment. 

 

Yoga in the Park

SPRING and SUMMER time - Yoga at Mariposa Park - locate us on the field (below LBJ Middle School) in the SW corner.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style with asanas held for longer periods of time. Poses apply moderate stress to the body's connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—to increase joint circulation and improve flexibility. Practice meditation, cultivate awareness and get bendy! 

CLASS ETIQUETTE AND PREPARATION

The Basics

Please be on-time! The exterior door is locked once class begins.

All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

No judgement.

No experience or flexibility required.

Must be 16 years of age and older to participate in hot/warm classes.

Attire

We recommend you remove all jewelry.

Wear comfortable clothes to move around in and possibly get sweaty in.

Please no perfume.

Dressing rooms available.

No shoes permitted on studio floor.

What to Bring

Yoga Mat

Towel

Water

Note: Studio is equipped with all to borrow as needed.

Food and Water

We recommend not to eating heavily a minimum of 2 hours before class.

We encourage you to drink plenty of water before and after class.
