CLASS SCHEDULE

COVID-19 Protocol 

The Basics

  • Sign in online before attending class.

  • Sign waiver online after signing up. 

  • If you have been out of state or have any COVID-19 symptoms or are not feeling well, you must stay home.

  • Face covering are required to attend class.

  • Temperature checks before entering the studio.

  • All mats are spaced out to give six feet between members. 

  • All high touch surfaces are cleaned consistently with a strong non-toxic disinfectant (Hypochlorous Acid) 

  • Disinfectant and paper towels are available to each member to clean their mat after class.

CLASS ETIQUETTE AND PREPARATION

The Basics

No judgement.

No experience or flexibility required.

All classes are 60-minutes unless otherwise noted.

Please be on-time! Exterior door is locked once class begins.

Must be 16 years of age and older to participate in hot/warm classes.

Attire

Wear comfortable close-fitting clothes to move in and possibly get sweaty in.

No shoes permitted on studio floor.

We recommend you remove all jewelry.

Dressing rooms and cubby storage available.

Please no perfume.

What to Bring

Yoga Mat

Towel

Water

Food and Water

We recommend not to eating heavily a minimum of 2 hours before class.

We encourage you to drink plenty of water before and after class.
